Frequently asked questions.
Quick answers to the most common questions about EasyRoutes: setup, routes, drivers, notifications, integrations and billing.
Can I set "leave at door" notes for certain stops?
No dedicated toggle, but you can save a leave-at-door instruction as an EasyRoutes customer or stop note that shows to the driver on every delivery.
Read the answer →Can I set different service times per stop or type?
Yes. Set a route-wide Time per stop in EasyRoutes, then override service time on individual stops that need more or less — accurate ETAs either way.

Yes. Set Time per stop in EasyRoutes to add a service-time buffer at each stop, factored into ETAs and route length — in both Shopify and Web.
