Since our last monthly update, we've been busy adding new and improved EasyRoutes features to streamline all of your route planning tasks. Here's some of the highlights from February.
We've added a new way to filter and organize your Routes page: Route Views. Similar to how Saved Views function on the EasyRoutes Orders page, Route Views allow users to apply any combination of filters and pinpoint specific routes, then save these filter combinations to quickly reference at any point in the future.
For example, a Route View can be created containing just unstarted routes; two separate Route Views can be created to display routes with a scheduled start date of today and tomorrow for easy access to routes that may require more immediate attention on a rolling basis; Route Views could also be created to organize routes by which driver they're assigned to.
To create a new Route View, first apply any desired filters on your Routes page, then click the Create view button (plus icon, highlighted above) above your list of routes to permanently save it as a Route View tab.
For full details on working with Route Views, see the support article for this new feature.
We've applied a read-only status to routes that have been archived, making it easier for route planners to "lock" routes and prevent any further edits or updates once they have been archived. When accessing individual routes that have been archived, a unique banner now displays indicating that the route has been archived and will need to be unarchived in order to make any further edits, as shown above.
For full details on archiving, unarchiving, and working with read-only archived routes, see the support article for this feature.
We've made some adjustments to improve driver location tracking through a route's end stop and/or end location, where applicable:

The EasyRoutes Delivery Driver mobile app for both iOS and Android devices has been updated to version 1.0.65. This release features minor user interface improvements, a fix for saving driver notes with many line segments, more robust route end location tracking, and improved notifications when a driver may be delivering a stop out of order (highlighted above).
Drivers will need to update to the latest version of the mobile app (version 1.0.65 or above) in order to access these new features and improvements when completing their routes.
