Since our last update, we've been busy adding some powerful new EasyRoutes features, as well as improvements across the app to help streamline your deliveries as we head into the autumn delivery season. Here's a few of the recent highlights:
We're excited to officially launch EasyRoutes Workflows, our latest tool to help route planners create recurring routes based on custom scheduling and order criteria. Thanks to valuable feedback from our early access users, we've continued to add new ways to streamline route automation with EasyRoutes Workflows.
New filter types (delivery method, delivery date, fulfillment status, and order status) are now available when configuring Workflows, providing additional options for filtering orders to include on auto-generated routes.
We've also improved the way we support order tags when used to filter orders for inclusion on Workflow-generated routes. New shortcut buttons for common route scheduling options (e.g. deliveries every weekday, or on a particular day of every week) are now also available when configuring new Workflows:
Finally, our new dynamic Route naming feature (more on this below!) has been added to individual Workflow configurations, increasing visibility for key route details directly within route names automatically generated via Workflows.
For full details on adding and configuring Workflows to automate your recurring delivery routes, see the support article for this new feature.
We've added a new Route Option, allowing users to set a custom naming template for new routes, including dynamic variables that apply to each route, such as assigned driver name or a route's scheduled start date. Enable and configure a naming template from the Route Options page prior to creating a new route, within the Route name panel shown above.
Once enabled, click the + Add fields link, and select from the list of available route variables to add to your name template. Each dynamic variable will display inside double braces as shown above. Any custom text, including captions or punctuation, can be added before or between variables for additional clarity.
For further details on enabling and configuring route naming with static text and dynamic variables, see the support article for this new Route Option.
Building on last month's launch of EasyRoutes + Zapier triggers, we've released a number of new Zap templates, giving users new ways to interact with their EasyRoutes data across numerous platforms and products. Available Zap template options now include:

The EasyRoutes Delivery Driver mobile app for both iOS and Android devices has been updated to version 1.0.74. This release features driver-side support for editing item quantities for custom and imported stops, as well as minor bug fixes and UI improvements.
Drivers will need to update to the latest version of the mobile app (version 1.0.74 or above) in order to take advantage of these new features and improvements within the EasyRoutes Delivery Driver mobile app.
