Can drivers use Apple Maps for turn-by-turn navigation?

Yes. Drivers can launch directions via Google Maps, Apple Maps, or Waze from each stop, and pick a default navigation app in their mobile app settings.

Do SMS usage fees, prorated monthly subscriptions, and driver seats function the same way on both platforms?

Yes. SMS usage rates and monthly plan tiers are consistent between EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web (the Free tier is Shopify-only). Both use the same driver-seat model: you pay only for active seats and can toggle them on/off as staffing changes, with automatic proration for plan and seat adjustments.

Do I need coding skills to connect Xero with EasyRoutes?

No coding is required if you use Zapier. For advanced customizations, API skills may be useful. See: API Guide

Can I schedule routes in advance to share ETAs?

Yes. Schedule routes for specific dates/times, and ETAs will be calculated for each stop on a route. These ETAs can be shared via customer tracking links and email/SMS delivery notifications.

Are there differences for drivers between products?

No. Both EasyRoutes for Shopify and Web dispatch delivery routes to the same EasyRoutes Delivery Driver mobile app for iOS and Android.  

Drivers will have access to the same easy-to-use navigation and inventory tools when delivering routes with either product.  Driver-facing route planning features (such as assignable driver tasks and scheduled driver breaks) are also available on both platforms.

Can I plan pickup routes?

Yes. Create pickup‑only routes or mix pickups and deliveries. Use your store or pickup point as the address, and include any notes/requirements for staff reference.

How do driver seats work?

Driver seats are active licenses you assign to people in your driver roster. Activate a seat to let a driver receive routes in the EasyRoutes Delivery Driver app; deactivate a seat to pause access without deleting their profile. You can toggle seats anytime and only pay for the seats on your plan at that moment. Charges/credits are prorated automatically when you add or remove seats.

Can I export customer delivery data?

Yes. Export route/stop data to CSVs with customer details, timestamps, and links to proof of delivery for record‑keeping or analysis.

Can I re‑optimize a route after it’s created?

Yes. Re‑optimize at any time — after adding or removing stops, changing stop priorities, editing route options, or balancing loads. Drivers can also re-optimize routes delivered out of order, or re‑order stops if enabled from your EasyRoutes Settings.

Can I auto-dispatch routes?

Yes. If a scheduled start time is set, routes can be auto‑assigned and dispatched to the selected driver when created.

Can I print delivery manifests?

Yes. Drivers see a manifest in the mobile app, and you can also print route manifests with order details for offline use or records. Choose the Print menu on any route.

Can customers give feedback through their tracking page?

Yes. Enable Delivery Ratings so customers can leave star ratings and optional comments on the tracking page after delivery. Export results or review per driver from their profile pages.

Yes. Once WooCommerce orders are imported or synced, they can trigger Workflows in EasyRoutes.

Does EasyRoutes work with wholesale orders?

Yes. Any Shopify order (including wholesale and/or B2B) can be added to routes as long as it contains a shipping address. You can also correct addresses - or add one to stops without - prior to routing.
