There isn’t a dedicated “lock” toggle to pin one stop to a fixed position. Instead, you control sequence by arranging stops manually with drag-and-drop, and that order stays until you choose to re-optimize (which recalculates the sequence). To keep a stop first or last, set it as your start or end location; to influence inclusion order, use Priority stops. Applies to both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.

Existing product or order barcodes (like a supplier’s UPC) aren’t tied to a stop that way — drivers can still scan and record them as proof, but match validation is strongest with EasyRoutes-native codes. EasyRoutes for Web is best suited for merchants and service providers who do not have an existing Shopify presence. No — routes are single‑driver to keep tracking, ETAs, and proof‑of‑delivery accurate. If two or more drivers are needed, split the stops into multiple routes (or create a new route for leftovers) and dispatch each separately. You can also publish a route without assigning a driver, and share a self‑assign link so someone from your pool can claim it when ready.
EasyRoutes automatically reads the delivery date and time window that a date picker writes onto each Shopify order — most often as order attributes (note attributes), and also from order tags. It recognizes common attribute names such as "Delivery Date," "Delivery Time," and "Order Due Time" used by popular apps, then surfaces them in the Delivery Date and Time Window columns for filtering and routing. Metafields aren't read directly; use Shopify Flow to copy them into an order attribute. This works the same whether data comes from Zapiet, Buunto, or another supported app.
