Can I export activity feed data?

The Activity Feed itself isn’t exported as a single file, but you can export route and stop data that reflect the same underlying events. From the Routes page, export a date range (or open a specific route) to download CSVs containing stop details, completion timestamps, driver info, and links to proof of delivery. Use the feed to identify the timeframe or routes you need, then export those records directly.

Can I auto-dispatch routes to my drivers?

Yes. Enable automatic dispatch so newly created routes with a scheduled start time are assigned and sent to the chosen driver immediately — no extra clicks. Use this for recurring daily runs or integrations that create routes programmatically. You can still edit or un-dispatch a route before start time if plans change.

Can I route imported orders alongside Shopify orders?

Absolutely. EasyRoutes supports mixed sources across both products (Shopify and Web). Bring in non‑Shopify orders by uploading a CSV, sending stops through the Routes API, connecting via webhooks/Zapier, or adding custom stops manually. Once imported, they appear alongside Shopify orders on the Orders page, can be filtered like any other stop, and can be optimized together on the same route.

Does EasyRoutes have an API?

Yes. You can integrate EasyRoutes with ERPs, CRMs, WMS, and custom apps using our API and webhooks. Typical use cases include importing stops from non‑Shopify channels, syncing delivery status and proof‑of‑delivery back to your system of record, and powering external analytics collection. The same platform supports both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.

Can I export customer delivery data?

Yes. Does EasyRoutes support real-time updates for Xero invoices?

Can customers give feedback through their tracking page?

Yes. Delivery Ratings allow recipients to provide quick feedback from the tracking page right after their order is delivered. You can collect a star rating and an optional comment, then export results or segment by driver to monitor individual performance and service quality. Ratings help highlight coaching opportunities and verify customer satisfaction trends over time.

Can EasyRoutes sync Squarespace orders automatically?

CSV import works well for manual workflows, but if you want orders to sync automatically, Zapier or the EasyRoutes API is the solution. Zapier allows you to create automations where new Squarespace orders are instantly sent to EasyRoutes. Does EasyRoutes offer training?

Yes. Most teams ramp using our self‑serve resources: the Getting Started guide, topic‑specific articles, and short videos embedded throughout the Help Center. If questions arise, contact us via email from inside the app or the Support Portal; we aim to respond the same business day. Customers on the Enterprise plan receive priority responses and can coordinate onboarding help prior to go‑live.

How do I change my plan?

You can upgrade or downgrade anytime from EasyRoutes Settings. Plan changes take effect immediately and we’ll prorate charges/credits for the remainder of your current cycle. If you also adjust the number of driver seats, those changes are prorated as well. Billing is handled via Shopify (EasyRoutes for Shopify) or Stripe (EasyRoutes for Web), depending on your product.

Can I export my routes for reporting or analysis?

Can multiple stores use a single EasyRoutes account?

EasyRoutes functions like other public Shopify apps: one app install per store. If you operate multiple stores, you can plan centrally by importing stops from other stores (CSV, API, webhooks/Zapier) into the EasyRoutes workspace you use for routing. This approach lets you manage a combined delivery day while preserving each store’s native Shopify workflows.

How are driver seats billed?

EasyRoutes pricing combines your plan tier with the number of driver seats in your current plan. Keep any number of drivers in your roster, then activate only the seats you need for your current delivery schedule. If demand spikes, add seats for a few days and deactivate later — billing automatically prorates so you pay for just the days your account contained additional seats. Seat management works the same on Shopify and Web.

Can routes be re-optimized after creation?

Yes. Both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web let you re‑optimize a route whenever plans change. Use this feature after you add or remove stops, change stop priorities, edit time windows or service times, or adjust limits like max route duration and stop limits. You can also balance stops across multiple routes first, then re‑optimize each route to tighten the sequence. If permitted in your Driver Settings, drivers may manually re‑order stops from the driver app or re‑optimize the remaining stops in their route to recalculate ETAs after mid‑route changes. For API‑driven workflows, use the Routes API to programmatically update routes and trigger re‑optimization.

Can I use EasyRoutes Workflows with BigCommerce orders?

Once your BigCommerce orders are in EasyRoutes—whether through CSV, Zapier, or API—they can be used with Workflows to automate repetitive tasks. For example, you could build a Workflow that automatically creates and dispatches routes every morning for all BigCommerce orders tagged “Delivery.” This allows your BigCommerce operation to benefit from the same automation available to Shopify users. How do I import Wix orders into EasyRoutes?

Importing Wix orders is easy. From your Wix dashboard, export orders as a CSV file, then log into EasyRoutes and upload the file via the “Import new CSV” option. EasyRoutes automatically maps order fields like name, address, and quantity to ensure your orders are routed correctly. Can I print labels for each package?

Yes. From any route, click Print → select Packing labels. You can output one label per stop or per order item (ideal for multiple packages). Configure label contents and sizing in Settings → Packing Slips & Labels. Use 4×6 thermal, A4/Letter sheets, or another size and scale as needed.

Shopify & Web: The label workflow is the same across products. For advanced templating on Shopify, you can send orders to Order Printer Pro from the Send to app dropdown, which can generate labels in route order.

How quickly can I get started?

Setup is quick: install EasyRoutes (Shopify) or sign in (Web), connect drivers, select orders with filters, and click Create route. Use the defaults for service times and route options, then print or dispatch to the driver app. Most trial users reach a working route within an hour, often faster with our step‑by‑step guide.

How many photos can be attached to a stop?

Each stop supports multiple PoD elements: up to four photos, an e‑signature with timestamp, and any driver notes. Use photos for placement/context and the signature for hand‑off confirmation. These items appear in admin views, can be shown on tracking pages (per your settings), and are included via links in route/stop exports for record‑keeping.

Does EasyRoutes automatically sync orders from Shopify?

Yes. EasyRoutes keeps your order list synchronized with Shopify so recent orders, edits, and fulfillment changes are available for routing without manual imports. If an expected order isn’t visible, confirm the Show orders from the last… window, and other filters on the Orders page, then refresh. You can also import non‑Shopify orders alongside synced Shopify orders when needed.

Can EasyRoutes send delivery notifications for BigCommerce orders?

Does EasyRoutes support real-time updates for WooCommerce orders?

By default, CSV imports are static snapshots. To achieve real-time updates, you can set up Zapier workflows or use the EasyRoutes API. For example, if an order’s address changes in WooCommerce, Zapier or a custom API connection can automatically push that update into EasyRoutes, ensuring drivers always have the latest information. Do I need coding skills to use Workflows?

No, you don’t need to be a developer to take advantage of Workflows. The Workflows feature is designed to be accessible to non-technical users by using a visual, menu-based interface. You simply select a scheduling frequency, define any conditions (like “only include orders tagged Local Delivery”), and choose an action (for example, “create and dispatch a route”).

This no-code design makes Workflows similar to popular automation tools like Zapier or Shopify Flow, where anyone can build powerful automations just by clicking and selecting from available options. That said, more advanced users can extend Workflows with APIs or webhooks to create complex, custom integrations, giving both beginners and power users maximum flexibility.

Can EasyRoutes send notifications for Xero deliveries?
