Yes. From any route, use the checkboxes to select one or more stops, then click the bulk actions bar and choose Send to another route. You can also open a Route Group and drag stops from one route to another within the group. After moving, click Save and (optionally) Re‑optimize to update the stop order and ETAs. This workflow works the same in EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.
Use this to balance workloads mid‑day, handle late additions, or consolidate leftovers onto a cleanup route.
You don’t need to be a developer to connect WooCommerce with EasyRoutes. Zapier provides no-code automation tools that let you push WooCommerce orders directly into EasyRoutes with just a few clicks. For businesses that want more control, the EasyRoutes API is available to build deeper integrations, such as syncing fulfillment statuses or creating custom routing rules. This gives you both no-code and pro-code options.
The majority of EasyRoutes’ core route planning and optimization features are included in both products, including our intuitive user interface, customizable route options, and visual route planning via map views.
EasyRoutes features that rely on Shopify-native functionality or APIs (such as Shopify email & SMS notifications, order tags, subscription order generation, and fulfillment workflows) are not currently available on EasyRoutes for Web. Aggregate missed vs. completed counts appear in Analytics, and when a stop cannot be completed, the driver can select or enter a reason in the mobile app. Those reasons are recorded on the stop and visible to admins for follow‑up. Reviewing these notes helps you spot patterns — like frequent access issues at certain buildings — and take corrective action.
Use Analytics to quantify the impact over time, then drill into routes and stops to see the exact explanations and any attached proof (photos/notes). This behaviour is consistent across EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.
Yes. Programmatically modify routes and stops using the Routes API — update stop status (delivered/attempted), change assignments, dispatch routes to drivers, or edit route options, then re‑optimize as needed. When your store uses EasyRoutes notifications, status changes made through the API follow the same rules and can send customer updates and refresh ETAs. This applies to both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.
Workflows are available on EasyRoutes Premium and Enterprise plans. These plans are designed for businesses that need more advanced tools to handle larger delivery volumes and complex processes. On Premium and Enterprise, you not only get access to Workflows, but also other advanced features like custom notifications, vehicle profiles, real-time driver tracking, and delivery analytics.
If you’re running a small business with only a few deliveries per week, you may be fine with a Standard plan. But if your business is scaling or you want to automate as much as possible, upgrading to Premium ensures you can take advantage of Workflows. Yes. EasyRoutes allows you to centralize multi-platform order management. You can import Squarespace orders via CSV or Zapier while also syncing Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or Wix orders into the same account. This lets you plan optimized delivery routes that combine orders from different sales channels.
Yes. Your customer tracking page carries your branding — add your logo and adjust the look from EasyRoutes Settings > Order Tracking, and choose which order details and delivery information customers see. Paired with your notification settings, customers get a consistent, branded experience with live ETAs and driver location. This is separate from your email/SMS template customization. Available in both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.

From your Orders page, open Add/edit options, find the Driver tasks card and click Enable, then Add new task and choose the Scanner input type. Give it a name (e.g. “Scan product barcode”) and, if you want it enforced, tick Delivered and/or Attempted to require a scan before the stop can be completed. Save, and drivers are prompted to scan at each stop. Driver tasks are available on Premium and Enterprise plans.

Yes. If a driver is seasonal or temporarily inactive, they can be temporarily deactivated until required again. The driver’s profile, history, and assignments remain in your account, but they cannot receive routes or sign in until re‑activated. This helps control costs without losing configuration.

Customer tracking pages can display an anonymized, live driver pin so recipients can see the driver’s progress as delivery approaches. When live location is unavailable (e.g., permissions off), the page still shows status updates and ETAs based on route progress.

Yes. In Settings > Delivery Zones, click the dropdown arrow on the Create zone button and choose Import KML, then drag in your .KML file. Zone names from the file apply automatically, and you can rename them or set a route colour before saving. Boundaries drawn in tools like Google Earth work well; KMZ or GeoJSON files should be converted to .KML first. Available in both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.

Yes. Use the driver filter on the Analytics page to view metrics for a single driver or compare across drivers by switching the filter. This helps you evaluate utilization, completion rates, average stop times, and trends over time. It’s supported in both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web and respects any date range you’ve selected.
If a driver worked on multiple routes per day, those results roll up in the selected period. For route‑by‑route detail, open the route list and drill into specific days.

EasyRoutes doesn’t provide a native accounting app, but it connects cleanly via exports and integrations. Export route/stop CSVs for reconciliation, or use the Routes API and webhooks to sync delivery events (e.g., Delivered, Attempted) to tools like QuickBooks, Xero, or an ERP. Zapier can automate common tasks — posting mileage, closing jobs, or notifying finance of COD deliveries — without complicated code.

EasyRoutes-native barcodes are QR codes generated by EasyRoutes and printed on your packing slips and labels; each is tied to a specific stop, so a scan can be validated as a match. Existing product or order barcodes (like a supplier’s UPC) aren’t tied to a stop that way — drivers can still scan and record them as proof, but match validation is strongest with EasyRoutes-native codes. Both work in EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.

For reliable live tracking, drivers should: (1) sign in to EasyRoutes Delivery Driver; (2) allow Always/Allow all the time location access; (3) enable Precise location; and (4) keep battery optimization from restricting the app (disable aggressive battery saver if needed). EasyRoutes generates packing labels you print from your browser or as a PDF, so it works with any printer rather than a specific brand — including thermal label printers and standard sheet printers. Set your label size (for example 4×6 thermal or A4/Letter), layout, and font scale in Settings > Packing Slips & Labels, then match your printer’s paper size and scale. Available in both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.
While there isn’t a separate public sandbox, you can safely test in a non‑production environment. Create a test shop (Shopify) or an EasyRoutes for Web workspace with sample data, generate a dedicated API token, and point webhooks to staging URLs. Use draft orders or manual stops that contain your own contact info so notifications and tracking tests go only to your team. When your flows are validated, switch credentials and endpoints to production.

The Activity Feed provides an up‑to‑date audit trail across EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web. It records events like route creation/dispatch, stop status updates (Out for Delivery, Delivered, Attempted), driver assignments, and proof‑of‑delivery uploads.
