Yes. From any route, use the checkboxes to select one or more stops, then click the bulk actions bar and choose Send to another route. You can also open a Route Group and drag stops from one route to another within the group. After moving, click Save and (optionally) Re‑optimize to update the stop order and ETAs. This workflow works the same in EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.
Use this to balance workloads mid‑day, handle late additions, or consolidate leftovers onto a cleanup route.
Yes. In both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web, the Analytics page includes a date picker for presets and custom ranges. Choose the period you want to analyze, optionally select a driver, and the charts and tables update to reflect those filters. This lets you compare week‑over‑week or month‑over‑month performance and investigate changes after process updates or seasonal peaks.
You can export the filtered view to CSV to share with your team or archive for audit purposes.

CSV import works well for manual workflows, but if you want orders to sync automatically, Zapier or the EasyRoutes API is the solution. Zapier allows you to create automations where new Squarespace orders are instantly sent to EasyRoutes. The API provides developers with even more control, such as syncing fulfillment statuses or building advanced integrations with other systems.

When you upload a spreadsheet, an AI assistant reads your headers and proposes an initial mapping of each column to the matching EasyRoutes field — address, name, items, and more. Review the import preview, and if anything’s off, click Edit stops to reassign any column by hand (including addresses split across multiple columns). Import the same layout again later and EasyRoutes remembers your previous mapping. Available for CSV import in both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.
Yes. EasyRoutes prints all slips for the selected route in one batch. From the route page, choose Print → enable Packing slips → print or save as PDF. Slips are ordered to match the route so packing and loading follow the driver’s sequence.
This bulk flow is available in both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web. If you maintain custom slip templates in Shopify, you can also push orders to Order Printer Pro and print them in route order from there.
EasyRoutes helps protect perishable and temperature-sensitive goods by keeping product moving and time on the road to a minimum. Cap each route with Max route duration and Max stops per route so no run exceeds your safe window, assign delivery time windows to fragile stops, and let optimization sequence and split orders across drivers for faster dispatch. This works the same in EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.

Yes — indirectly, by cutting the miles you drive. Route optimization sequences stops into the shortest efficient path and consolidates orders into fewer, fuller routes, which lowers distance, fuel burn, and emissions. Analytics tracks route distance and drive time, and with Vehicle Profiles you can break results down by vehicle and compare periods to see the reduction over time. Available in both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.

Yes. Use the Delivery Zones tool to outline one or more areas on the map, then filter/select orders within those zones to build your route quickly. Zones help planners batch by neighbourhood or service area and pair well with other filters like tags or dates. Once configured, zones are stored permanently to standardize your daily workflow when planning for the same areas.
Yes. Set a route-wide Time per stop as your baseline, then adjust the service time on any individual stop from its Edit stop page — useful when a bulk drop, an in-home setup, or a quick curbside hand-off needs a different allowance than the rest of the route.
Because each stop's time feeds ETAs and counts toward Max route duration, mixing short and long service times still produces an accurate schedule. Available in both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.

Yes. For contactless or leave-at-door drops, a driver can complete a stop without a signature by photographing where the order was left, capturing the GPS delivery location, and adding a note. Up to four photos, an automatic timestamp, and the location are stored with the stop as proof.
You can require specific proof — for example a photo — before a stop can be marked delivered, and show it on the customer's tracking page. Works in both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.

Invite drivers from the Drivers & Vehicles tab, then assign a driver seat to activate them. Deactivate drivers anytime to free a seat without deleting their profile or history. You can switch which people occupy seats as staffing changes — ideal for seasonal or on-call drivers. These controls are available in both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.
Yes. In EasyRoutes Settings → Customer notifications, enable the Rescheduled template and customize the message and variables (date, window, tracking link, etc.). Trigger it when routes or stops move to a new day/time so recipients are informed proactively. This works for both Shopify orders and imported/manual stops across EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.
If a scanned code doesn’t match the stop, the app shows it in yellow rather than the green used for a confirmed match, so the driver can tell right away. Non-matching scans can still be saved, and drivers can flag a scan issue from the alert icon on the Add Barcode screen, which sends a report to the route planner instead of a matched scan. Works the same in EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.
Yes. Both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web let you re‑optimize a route whenever plans change. Use this feature after you add or remove stops, change stop priorities, edit time windows or service times, or adjust limits like max route duration and stop limits. You can also balance stops across multiple routes first, then re‑optimize each route to tighten the sequence. If permitted in your Driver Settings, drivers may manually re‑order stops from the driver app or re‑optimize the remaining stops in their route to recalculate ETAs after mid‑route changes. For API‑driven workflows, use the Routes API to programmatically update routes and trigger re‑optimization.
See: How do I re‑optimize a route? · How do I allow drivers to re‑order stops?
Yes. From Proof of Delivery settings, you can force one or more PoD elements to be collected before drivers can complete a stop. Choose the combinations that fit your workflow — e.g., require a photo for attempted stops, or require e‑signatures for only completed stops. These rules apply in EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web, and can include Attempted stops.

Drivers can install the EasyRoutes Delivery Driver app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) using the official links provided in our Help Center. The app works with both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web accounts; once added as a driver, sign in using the phone number on file and the SMS code sent to that device. After dispatch, routes appear automatically in the app and can also be opened from the push notification's shared route link.

Yes. Creating a fulfillment from EasyRoutes writes the EasyRoutes tracking number and URL to the Shopify order, so customers and support teams can track delivery progress. The link also appears in Shopify’s order status page and, when enabled, in Shopify or EasyRoutes notification emails/SMS. Tracking remains accessible even after routes are archived.
Use order tags or a stop note to identify refrigerated orders, or attach a required Driver Task (such as a "Refrigerated — keep insulated" checkbox) so the requirement travels with the stop and must be acknowledged. Order automation rules can apply notes or tasks automatically as orders import.
Combine this with routing limits so cold items spend less time in transit. Applies to both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.
EasyRoutes generates packing labels you print from your browser or as a PDF, so it works with any printer rather than a specific brand — including thermal label printers and standard sheet printers. Set your label size (for example 4×6 thermal or A4/Letter), layout, and font scale in Settings > Packing Slips & Labels, then match your printer’s paper size and scale. Available in both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.
Yes. EasyRoutes opens your driver’s preferred navigation app for turn‑by‑turn directions. Drivers can choose Google Maps, Apple Maps, or Waze as their default navigation app from the mobile app's settings page. Drivers can also long tap and choose a different app on the fly if needed. Getting directions is available in both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.
Yes. While CSV imports are manual, you can connect Wix to EasyRoutes automatically using Zapier or our API. For example, you can create a Zap that triggers whenever a new Wix order is placed, sending it directly to EasyRoutes for route creation. Advanced users can also use the API to sync orders and updates in real time, keeping your delivery workflow fully automated.

Enable live tracking from EasyRoutes Settings → Driver settings in either EasyRoutes for Shopify or EasyRoutes for Web. Next, ensure each driver signs in to the EasyRoutes Delivery Driver app (iOS/Android) and grants Always/Allow all the time location access with Precise location enabled. Once routes are started by a driver, location pins appear on the route’s Tracking tab. If privacy is a concern, you can restrict tracking for internal use only, or adjust the route expiry window for driver access.
Drivers can capture multiple photos, obtain a customer e‑signature, and add notes at the stop. These items are stored with timestamps and the completion context, and they’re visible to admins on the route and stop record. When enabled in EasyRoutes Settings, customers can see PoD on tracking pages and in notifications.

Yes. EasyRoutes keeps historical routes and stops across the lifetime of your subscription, so you can review prior deliveries, proof of delivery, and timing. Use the Routes page filters to view completed or archived runs by date. For reporting or audits, export route/stop CSVs that include timestamps and links to PoD. Applies to both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.
Yes. From the Routes page or an individual route, export CSV files containing stop information (customer name, address, contact fields), timing, driver assignments, and URLs to any proof of delivery items. Use these exports for customer service, accounting reconciliation, or analysis in spreadsheets and external tools.
Yes. You can cap a route by Max route duration, Max stops per route, and Max items per route so optimization never exceeds your operational limits. These constraints shape ETAs, the stop sequence, and whether additional routes are required. Enable or edit these limits from the Route Options panel before creating routes, or open any route and choose Edit route options to apply changes and re‑optimize. This feature functions the same way in EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.
