Can I reprint packing slips or labels?

Yes. Reopen any route and use Print to reprint packing slips or labels, or re‑export to PDF. If a route was archived, simply unarchive it first.

Does EasyRoutes have a mobile app for dispatchers?

Dispatchers use the web app. EasyRoutes for Shopify is accessible inside the Shopify mobile app; EasyRoutes for Web runs in any mobile browser for on‑the‑go monitoring.

What data is included in in Delivery Analytics?

Delivery Analytics shows totals and trends for stops and routes, including completed vs. missed deliveries, average delivery time, per‑driver performance, and route metrics over a chosen period.

How does EasyRoutes optimize my delivery routes?

EasyRoutes optimizes deliveries using your selected orders, start & end locations, stop time intervals, time windows, and route limits. You can balance routes, respect capacities, and re‑optimize as plans change.

Can I deactivate a driver seat without removing the driver?

Yes. Deactivating frees the seat for someone else to occupy, while keeping the driver in your roster for easy re‑activation later.

Will drivers get notified when assigned a route?

Yes. Assigned drivers receive a push notification when a route is dispatched to them, linking straight into the route in the EasyRoutes Delivery Driver mobile app.

Can proof of delivery items be shared with customers?

Yes. You can show proof of delivery items (photos, e‑signature timestamp, and driver notes) on customer tracking pages and include links in email/SMS notifications. Configure this from your EasyRoutes Settings, in the Order Tracking and Customer Notifications tabs.

Can I use Workflows with Squarespace orders?

Yes. Once Squarespace orders are imported, they can trigger Workflows. See: Workflows Overview

When you update stop statuses in EasyRoutes (Ready/Out for Delivery, Delivered, Attempted), we create or update Shopify fulfillments and attach the tracking link; notifications follow your settings configuration.

Does the app send push notifications for new routes?

Yes. When a route is dispatched and assigned, the driver receives a push notification with a shortcut into the route (requires notification permission).

Can I limit the max duration or stop count on a route?

Yes. EasyRoutes lets you set limits for maximum route duration, maximum stops per route, and maximum items per route. Configure these constraints in Route Options before planning, or when editing a route.

Workflows can trigger notifications when automatically dispatching routes to drivers, ensuring consistent communication without extra effort from your team. Customers can then receive order status update notifications as soon as a driver starts their route.

Do Workflows work with both Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web?

Yes. Workflows are available across both platforms. In Shopify, they integrate tightly with your store’s orders and fulfillments (both Shopify-native and custom/imported stops), while on EasyRoutes for Web, they connect with your imported, custom, or API-generated orders.

Does EasyRoutes keep a history of my past routes?

Yes. The Routes page shows unstarted, in‑progress, completed, and archived routes. Filter by status or date to find older runs.

Can I track my drivers in real-time?
