Can I use EasyRoutes at multiple locations?

Yes. EasyRoutes supports multi‑location operations. You can set unique start/end locations on routes (store, warehouse, driver home base), segment orders by delivery zone or location tags, and dispatch drivers from different hubs on the same day. Route Groups make it easy to manage several routes per location and monitor all drivers together.

This applies across EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.

Can I view order history?

Yes. EasyRoutes keeps historical routes and stops across the lifetime of your subscription, so you can review prior deliveries, proof of delivery, and timing. Use the Routes page filters to view completed or archived runs by date. For reporting or audits, export route/stop CSVs that include timestamps and links to PoD. Applies to both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.

Does EasyRoutes add tracking links to Shopify orders automatically?

Yes. Fulfilling an order from EasyRoutes creates a Shopify fulfillment that includes the EasyRoutes tracking number and URL. Customers see the link on the order status page and in applicable Shopify notifications. If templates were heavily customized, you may need to ensure the standard tracking snippet is present.

Do Workflows work with both Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web?

Yes. Workflows are available across both EasyRoutes platforms, but their triggers and available actions are tailored to fit the data each platform provides. On Shopify, Workflows integrate tightly with orders, fulfillments, and Shopify-specific tags or delivery methods. On EasyRoutes for Web, you can use Workflows to automate processes based on imported orders (CSV uploads or API connections) and route activity.

This flexibility means that whether you’re using Shopify to manage your e-commerce orders or relying on EasyRoutes for Web to handle deliveries from another system, you can still benefit from automation. Businesses that operate across multiple platforms can use Workflows to keep all of their delivery processes running consistently.

Where can drivers download the EasyRoutes Delivery Driver app?

Drivers can install the EasyRoutes Delivery Driver app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) using the official links provided in our Help Center. The app works with both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web accounts; once added as a driver, sign in using the phone number on file and the SMS code sent to that device. After dispatch, routes appear automatically in the app and can also be opened from the push notification's shared route link.

Does EasyRoutes support Shopify Subscription orders?

Yes. EasyRoutes supports Shopify Subscription orders, so recurring deliveries can be filtered and routed with your daily batch. Many subscription and checkout tools are supported out of the box; you can also combine with imported/manual stops for non‑Shopify channels. Tracking, notifications, and proof of delivery function the same as for one‑time orders.

How does EasyRoutes handle orders without a shipping address?

If a Shopify order arrives without a valid shipping address, EasyRoutes highlights it so you can fix the address before planning. Edit the order in Shopify (preferred for data accuracy) or add the correct address details to the stop in EasyRoutes, then refresh and route. For pickup orders, set the address to your store or pickup point so drivers and staff can see the correct location on the route map and in documents. Address completeness ensures accurate ETAs, navigation, and proof‑of‑delivery records.

Can I track multiple routes at once?

Yes. When you create multiple routes together, EasyRoutes groups them so you can monitor all active drivers in a single view. The Route Group page shows color‑coded pins, per‑route progress, and live stop updates. Use this view to coordinate dispatch, answer customer inquiries, and rebalance work if needed by moving stops between routes.

What are driver seats and how do they work?

Driver seats control who can receive routes and use the EasyRoutes Delivery Driver app. Assign a seat to any driver in your roster to activate them; deactivate a seat when a driver is seasonal or temporarily off the road. You’re billed only for the number of seats included at your plan at any time. Deactivating preserves the driver’s details and history so you can re‑activate them later without re‑inviting.

Seat management is available in both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web from the Drivers & Vehicles tab of the EasyRoutes navigation menu, or the Billing tab of EasyRoutes Settings for plan upgrades/downgrades.

Can I combine Zapier with EasyRoutes Workflows?

Yes. Workflows automate delivery tasks inside EasyRoutes, while Zapier connects EasyRoutes to external systems. Together, they create powerful end-to-end automation. For instance, a Workflow might create a route when orders arrive, while Zapier sends Slack alerts or updates a Google Sheet whenever stops on that route are completed. Can I print my route details for drivers?

Yes. Open a route and click Print to generate driver‑friendly documents in stop order: a compact route summary, packing slips, or packing labels. You can adjust content and sizing in Settings → Packing Slips & Labels, then print or choose Save as PDF for tablet use or record‑keeping. This workflow is identical in EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.

For multi‑package orders, print one label per item; for quick loading, include the Route Inventory/Packing List so teams can stage by stop.

How does the free trial work?

Pick any plan to start a 14-day trial with full feature access. Cancel during the trial to avoid charges; continue and your subscription begins at the end of day 14. Trials apply to any tier, and billing starts on your first post-trial cycle through Shopify (for EasyRoutes for Shopify) or Stripe (for EasyRoutes for Web). Seat changes you make later will be prorated within your billing cycle.

How long is activity feed data stored?

EasyRoutes maintains a persistent log of account activity so admins have an authoritative record of delivery events over time. The Activity Feed retains entries for the lifetime of your account unless data is explicitly deleted (e.g., via route removal or a data‑deletion request). When you need a file for records or audits, pair the feed with route/stop CSV exports that include timestamps and proof‑of‑delivery links. This applies to both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.

What can I do with the API?

The EasyRoutes API lets you automate your delivery workflow end‑to‑end: import orders/stops from external systems, create routes with your preferred options, assign drivers or vehicles, dispatch routes, and update stop or route status as deliveries progress. You can also read back route/stops for reporting and pair the API with webhooks to keep other systems synchronized in real time. Capabilities are consistent across EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.

Does EasyRoutes integrate with accounting software?

EasyRoutes doesn’t provide a native accounting app, but it connects cleanly via exports and integrations. Export route/stop CSVs for reconciliation, or use the Routes API and webhooks to sync delivery events (e.g., Delivered, Attempted) to tools like QuickBooks, Xero, or an ERP. Zapier can automate common tasks — posting mileage, closing jobs, or notifying finance of COD deliveries — without complicated code.

Does EasyRoutes let me avoid tolls or u-turns?

Yes. You can direct the route optimizer to avoid tolls and or u‑turns for both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web. These preferences guide the routing engine to favour compliant roads and turns, which may increase distance or time if alternatives cover a greater distance. Set these options globally from the Route Options panel, or add them to an existing route and re‑optimize to apply. Combine with other constraints (such as time windows, max route duration, or vehicle capacity) to keep routes realistic for drivers and accurate for customer ETAs.

Does EasyRoutes work with wholesale orders?

Yes. EasyRoutes treats wholesale orders like any other Shopify orders for routing, dispatch, tracking, and proof of delivery. Ensure each record includes a valid shipping address; if not, correct it on the Shopify order (recommended) or add the address details to the stop in EasyRoutes. You can filter B2B orders by tags or other attributes when building a batch.

Can I export activity feed data?

The Activity Feed itself isn’t exported as a single file, but you can export route and stop data that reflect the same underlying events. From the Routes page, export a date range (or open a specific route) to download CSVs containing stop details, completion timestamps, driver info, and links to proof of delivery. Use the feed to identify the timeframe or routes you need, then export those records directly.

What real-time tracking data can I see as an admin?

Admins can monitor each active route from the Tracking tab: view a live GPS pin, the recent breadcrumb path, and which stop the driver is headed to now. Stop tiles update in real time with status changes and completion times, and proof of delivery (photos, signature, notes) appears as soon as it’s captured. You can also open a Route Group to watch multiple routes/drivers concurrently.

Do I need coding skills to connect Squarespace with EasyRoutes?

You don’t need to be technical to connect Squarespace with EasyRoutes. Using Zapier, you can build “if-this-then-that” workflows to automatically send Squarespace orders to EasyRoutes for route planning. For businesses that want more advanced automation, the EasyRoutes API lets developers build custom integrations and connect with other business systems. Can EasyRoutes send delivery notifications for Squarespace orders?

Yes. Once imported, Squarespace orders behave like any other EasyRoutes order. Customers can receive branded delivery notifications via email or SMS, including live tracking links that show where their driver is in real time. Can I auto-dispatch routes to my drivers?

Yes. Enable automatic dispatch so newly created routes with a scheduled start time are assigned and sent to the chosen driver immediately — no extra clicks. Use this for recurring daily runs or integrations that create routes programmatically. You can still edit or un-dispatch a route before start time if plans change.

What BigCommerce export settings should I use?

When exporting from BigCommerce, configure your CSV template to create one row per sub-item (so multiple items in an order export properly). Map fields like First Name, Last Name, Address, and Product Qty to the corresponding EasyRoutes columns. This ensures accurate imports and prevents issues with incomplete customer or item data. What permissions do drivers need to enable tracking?

For reliable live tracking, drivers should: (1) sign in to EasyRoutes Delivery Driver; (2) allow Always/Allow all the time location access; (3) enable Precise location; and (4) keep battery optimization from restricting the app (disable aggressive battery saver if needed). These settings apply on both iOS and Android and can be checked from device Settings.

Can EasyRoutes sync Squarespace orders automatically?

CSV import works well for manual workflows, but if you want orders to sync automatically, Zapier or the EasyRoutes API is the solution. Zapier allows you to create automations where new Squarespace orders are instantly sent to EasyRoutes. Can I hide driver location from customers?

Yes. Real‑time tracking is configurable. You can enable tracking for dispatcher visibility while keeping customer pages static, or allow a live pin to appear only as the driver approaches (configurable from 1 to 10 stops away). This setting is available on Premium/Enterprise plans across both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.
