Every minute of Time per stop is added to the running clock as the driver works down the route, so each stop's ETA reflects both travel time and the time spent delivering the stops before it. More realistic ETAs mean fewer missed windows and better customer notifications.
Service time also counts toward Max route duration: if adding stops would push a route past your cap, optimization splits the work into additional routes instead of overrunning. Applies to both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.
Yes. You can reshape a zone after creating it — open Settings > Delivery Zones, select the zone, adjust its points on the map, then save your changes. You can also rename it or change its route colour at any time. Updated boundaries apply the next time you use that zone to select orders for a route. Works in both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.

Yes. Mark COD orders and include collection instructions in stop notes. Drivers can record payment received using notes and attach custom notes containing any COD amounts collected. Back at the office, export routes/stops to reconcile COD activity. This workflow is supported across EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.

When exporting orders from Squarespace, ensure you only include “Pending” orders from the fulfillment filter. This ensures you’re working with unfulfilled deliveries that still need to be routed. If only certain products require delivery, you can filter by “Specific product” during export. This gives you precise control over which orders are included in your EasyRoutes import.
When you upload a spreadsheet, an AI assistant reads your headers and proposes an initial mapping of each column to the matching EasyRoutes field — address, name, items, and more. Review the import preview, and if anything’s off, click Edit stops to reassign any column by hand (including addresses split across multiple columns). Import the same layout again later and EasyRoutes remembers your previous mapping. Available for CSV import in both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.

Analytics reflects new data shortly after drivers complete or update stops in the EasyRoutes Delivery Driver app. Because updates depend on device connectivity and permissions, you may see a brief delay if a driver is offline; once the device reconnects, metrics catch up automatically. For the most granular timeline, open the route and review the Activity Feed, which lists each delivery event as it occurred.
This live‑update behaviour applies to both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web. If numbers look stale, refresh the page or adjust your date/driver filters and try again.
EasyRoutes for Web is best suited for merchants and service providers who do not have an existing Shopify presence. Users may currently be using spreadsheets and manual processes to track orders/stops and plan delivery routes, or may be using an alternate eCommerce platform where orders/stops can be exported into a spreadsheet. We also offer an API.

Yes. Time windows are supported in both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web. Add a window directly to a stop, or pull windows from checkout tools/date pickers (e.g., Zapiet, Buunto, and other supported third‑party apps). This way, our route optimizer sequences stops to respect open/close times while considering start/end locations, stop times, and other limits. If windows create conflicts that exceed constraints (e.g., max duration), split stops into additional routes or relax limits, then re‑optimize. ETAs displayed to drivers and customers reflect these windows so deliveries align with customer preferences as closely as possible.
Yes. The EasyRoutes Delivery Driver app runs on both phones and tablets — it’s available for iOS (including iPad) and Android devices. The interface is optimized for a phone in the vehicle, but it works on larger tablet screens too. Just install it from the App Store or Google Play and sign in with the driver’s phone number. The same app serves drivers on both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.
Yes. One of EasyRoutes’ strengths is its ability to centralize delivery management. You can import WooCommerce orders via CSV or Zapier while also syncing Shopify, BigCommerce, or other platform orders into the same account. EasyRoutes builds efficient routes by combining your inputs (orders/stops and addresses) with constraints and preferences. It accounts for start and end locations, optional time windows, per‑stop service times, speed factors, and limits such as maximum duration, stops, items, or weight. You can create multiple routes at once, balance stops evenly, or optimize for the fewest routes that still meet your limits. Manual CSV imports work well for smaller batches, but to achieve automatic syncing, you can use Zapier or the EasyRoutes API.
