Yes. EasyRoutes opens your driver’s preferred navigation app for turn‑by‑turn directions. Drivers can choose Google Maps, Apple Maps, or Waze as their default navigation app from the mobile app's settings page. Drivers can also long tap and choose a different app on the fly if needed. Pick any plan to start a 14-day trial with full feature access. Cancel during the trial to avoid charges; continue and your subscription begins at the end of day 14. Trials apply to any tier, and billing starts on your first post-trial cycle through Shopify (for EasyRoutes for Shopify) or Stripe (for EasyRoutes for Web). Seat changes you make later will be prorated within your billing cycle.

EasyRoutes protects order and customer information with modern security practices. Traffic between your browser, the driver app, and our services is encrypted in transit; stored data is encrypted at rest. Access to accounts and APIs is token‑based and limited to the minimum required to operate features like routing, tracking, and notifications. Payments are handled by Shopify or other PCI‑compliant providers — EasyRoutes does not store card data.

EasyRoutes pricing combines your plan tier with the number of driver seats in your current plan. Keep any number of drivers in your roster, then activate only the seats you need for your current delivery schedule. If demand spikes, add seats for a few days and deactivate later — billing automatically prorates so you pay for just the days your account contained additional seats. Seat management works the same on Shopify and Web.

Yes. From any route, choose Assign driver (or select from the header), then click Dispatch. The driver gets a push notification and can start the route from their phone. For busy days, dispatch multiple routes from a Route Group to release them all at once.
Yes. Packing slips are configurable so teams can show the fields drivers or packers need. In EasyRoutes Settings → Packing Slips & Labels you can: include a logo, select variables (customer details, order items, notes), set text sizes, and tweak headers and helper text. Print slips directly from any route.

Delivery Analytics provides a consolidated view of your operations across both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.
