Does EasyRoutes support real-time updates for BigCommerce orders?

By default, CSV imports are static snapshots. For real-time updates, use Zapier to push new BigCommerce orders into EasyRoutes automatically, or build a direct integration with the API. Can I send staff notifications through Zapier when a stop is completed?

Zapier makes it easy to send internal notifications whenever a stop status changes in EasyRoutes. Can I track my drivers in real-time?

Yes. With Premium or Enterprise plans, turn on live tracking from EasyRoutes Settings → Driver settings. You’ll see a live GPS pin, breadcrumb path, current/next stop, and real‑time status updates on each route’s Tracking tab. Ensure drivers grant Always/Precise location permissions in the Delivery Driver app. Route Groups let you monitor multiple drivers at once.

How do I manage my active drivers?

Invite drivers from the Drivers & Vehicles tab, then assign a driver seat to activate them. Deactivate drivers anytime to free a seat without deleting their profile or history. You can switch which people occupy seats as staffing changes — ideal for seasonal or on-call drivers. These controls are available in both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.

How much do SMS messages cost?

SMS delivery notifications use usage-based pricing by recipient country and message length. Costs are per segment (e.g., a U.S. segment is $0.043 USD). Longer messages or those with emojis/Unicode may use multiple segments. You fund a prepaid SMS balance and can enable auto-top-ups so notifications continue without interruption.

How do I import Xero invoices into EasyRoutes?

From your Xero dashboard, go to the Business tab → Invoices, then use the Export button to download a CSV of the invoices you want to deliver. In EasyRoutes, click “Import new CSV” and upload the file. The system maps fields such as contact name, address, invoice number, and product details to create delivery-ready routes. How can Workflows help automate my delivery operations?

Workflows allow you to automate many of the repetitive tasks that take up valuable time in your day-to-day delivery management. For example, if you typically log in each morning to create routes, assign them to drivers, and send customers notifications, Workflows can be set up to handle all of that automatically based on rules you define. This saves your dispatchers hours of work each week and helps eliminate mistakes, such as forgetting to notify a customer or leaving a route unassigned.

Automation also improves reliability — your drivers and customers can count on consistent, timely updates regardless of how busy your team is. In short, Workflows help standardize your operations so they run smoothly, even when volumes are high or resources are stretched thin.

Can I combine Squarespace orders with orders from other platforms?

Yes. EasyRoutes allows you to centralize multi-platform order management. You can import Squarespace orders via CSV or Zapier while also syncing Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or Wix orders into the same account. Can the app work offline?

Yes. EasyRoutes Delivery Driver supports low‑connectivity scenarios. Have drivers open or refresh the route while connected to preload stops and attachments. If signal drops, they can continue navigating (via their chosen maps app), mark stops delivered/attempted, and capture photos/signatures. The app queues events locally and syncs them back to EasyRoutes as soon as the device reconnects, updating ETAs and tracking automatically.

What are some pre-built Zapier templates for EasyRoutes?

Will customers see proof of delivery along with live tracking?

Yes. Proof of delivery (PoD) captured in the driver app — photos, signature confirmation, and driver notes — is attached to the stop and can be surfaced on the customer’s tracking page. Enable PoD display in EasyRoutes Settings → Order tracking, and use notifications to share links automatically when a stop is delivered or attempted. PoD is also visible to admins on the route and order records for auditing and support.

What fields should I map when importing from Xero?

Can I change label sizes?

Yes. EasyRoutes supports multiple label sizes. Pick a base size and text scale in EasyRoutes Settings → Packing Slips & Labels, then confirm your printer uses the matching paper (e.g., 4×6) with an appropriate print scale.

  • If text runs long, try a larger font scale or different label size.
  • If alignment is off, ensure paper size matches and adjust browser/driver scale.
  • You can print to PDF first to verify layout before sending to the printer.
