Yes. EasyRoutes features customizable Vehicle Profiles for different vehicle types, as well as route capacities (e.g., item or weight limits) that can be assigned to a route so our route optimizer respects those limits. Route‑level capacity controls — such as Max items per route and Max weight per route — to prevent overloading a vehicle. Pair capacity settings with other constraints (including custom start/end locations, stop time intervals, and delivery time windows) and re‑optimize to reflect changes. For commercial navigation needs, export routes to GPX and load them onto Garmin devices that support truck‑aware routing.

SMS usage fees and monthly pricing tiers are identical for both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web, with the exception of our Free monthly pricing tier, which is currently only available on EasyRoutes for Shopify. EasyRoutes for both platforms continues to offer a free 14-day trial of any pricing tier for new users to give a advanced features a test drive. Both platforms function on the same driver seat model, where you only pay for the number of drivers that are active in your account at any time.
EasyRoutes for Shopify uses Shopify’s native billing tools for all subscription and SMS usage top-ups and monthly invoicing. EasyRoutes for Web functions on the same principles, but uses an independent billing provider offering industry-standard security and encryption for all transactions.

Yes. EasyRoutes supports WooCommerce order data in multiple ways. You can export orders from WooCommerce and import them into EasyRoutes via CSV, or you can set up automated workflows using Zapier or our API. This flexibility allows you to start with simple drag-and-drop imports and scale up to real-time order syncing as your delivery needs grow.
Yes. EasyRoutes keeps your order list synchronized with Shopify so recent orders, edits, and fulfillment changes are available for routing without manual imports. If an expected order isn’t visible, confirm the Show orders from the last… window, and other filters on the Orders page, then refresh. You can also import non‑Shopify orders alongside synced Shopify orders when needed.
Yes. Programmatically modify routes and stops using the Routes API — update stop status (delivered/attempted), change assignments, dispatch routes to drivers, or edit route options, then re‑optimize as needed. When your store uses EasyRoutes notifications, status changes made through the API follow the same rules and can send customer updates and refresh ETAs. This applies to both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.
Yes. EasyRoutes prints all slips for the selected route in one batch. From the route page, choose Print → enable Packing slips → print or save as PDF. Slips are ordered to match the route so packing and loading follow the driver’s sequence.
This bulk flow is available in both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web. If you maintain custom slip templates in Shopify, you can also push orders to Order Printer Pro and print them in route order from there.
Zapier integration is available whether you’re using EasyRoutes for Shopify or EasyRoutes for Web. Shopify users can extend native integrations with Zapier for additional automations, while non-Shopify users can rely on Zapier to connect EasyRoutes with their eCommerce, ERP, or POS platforms. Yes. The Analytics dashboard summarizes delivered vs. missed (attempted) stops so you can monitor delivery success across time or by driver. Use this report to identify recurring issues (e.g., address problems or access constraints) and to validate improvements after workflow changes.
For context on individual failures, open the underlying routes or stops to review notes and proof‑of‑delivery entries. You can also export the analytics view as CSV for further analysis or sharing with stakeholders.

EasyRoutes-native barcodes are QR codes generated by EasyRoutes and printed on your packing slips and labels; each is tied to a specific stop, so a scan can be validated as a match. Existing product or order barcodes (like a supplier’s UPC) aren’t tied to a stop that way — drivers can still scan and record them as proof, but match validation is strongest with EasyRoutes-native codes. Both work in EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.

Yes. From the Routes page or an individual route, export CSV files containing stop information (customer name, address, contact fields), timing, driver assignments, and URLs to any proof of delivery items. Use these exports for customer service, accounting reconciliation, or analysis in spreadsheets and external tools.
Delivery Analytics provides a consolidated view of your operations across both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web. Key metrics include total stops and routes, completion rate, attempted/missed deliveries, average delivery time, and per‑driver performance summaries. Use it to compare activity over time, spot bottlenecks, and validate operational changes.
You can filter by time period and specific drivers to focus on a team or individual, then export results to CSV for reporting. For event‑level detail (e.g., when a stop changed status), open the route’s Activity Feed. Analytics refreshes as new delivery events are recorded, so the dashboard stays current throughout the day.
During import, make sure CSV columns from Xero are mapped correctly: ContactName (first name), SAAddressLine1 (address), SARegion (province/state), SAPostalCode (postal code), SACountry (country), InvoiceNumber (order name), Quantity, and Description (item details). Proper mapping ensures invoices are imported as accurate delivery stops.

Put the handling steps where the driver will see them: add cooler or cold-chain instructions as a stop note or a saved customer note, which appear on the stop in the driver app. For steps you want confirmed, add a Driver Task — for example a required checkbox "Order kept in cooler until hand-off" or a note field — that the driver must complete before marking the stop delivered.
Saved task sets and Address Book stops let you reuse the same instructions across recurring routes. Works in both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.

Yes. EasyRoutes opens your driver’s preferred navigation app for turn‑by‑turn directions. Drivers can choose Google Maps, Apple Maps, or Waze as their default navigation app from the mobile app's settings page. Drivers can also long tap and choose a different app on the fly if needed. Getting directions is available in both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.
Yes. You can reshape a zone after creating it — open Settings > Delivery Zones, select the zone, adjust its points on the map, then save your changes. You can also rename it or change its route colour at any time. Updated boundaries apply the next time you use that zone to select orders for a route. Works in both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.

Yes. You can integrate EasyRoutes with ERPs, CRMs, WMS, and custom apps using our API and webhooks. Typical use cases include importing stops from non‑Shopify channels, syncing delivery status and proof‑of‑delivery back to your system of record, and powering external analytics collection. The same platform supports both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.
Admins can monitor each active route from the Tracking tab: view a live GPS pin, the recent breadcrumb path, and which stop the driver is headed to now. Stop tiles update in real time with status changes and completion times, and proof of delivery (photos, signature, notes) appears as soon as it’s captured. You can also open a Route Group to watch multiple routes/drivers concurrently.

Manual CSV imports work well for smaller batches, but to achieve automatic syncing, you can use Zapier or the EasyRoutes API. For example, create a Zap that triggers whenever a new BigCommerce order is placed and sends it directly to EasyRoutes. Or, for more advanced use cases, use the API to integrate real-time order creation and updates.

Yes. EasyRoutes treats wholesale orders like any other Shopify orders for routing, dispatch, tracking, and proof of delivery. Ensure each record includes a valid shipping address; if not, correct it on the Shopify order (recommended) or add the address details to the stop in EasyRoutes. You can filter B2B orders by tags or other attributes when building a batch.

For reliable live tracking, drivers should: (1) sign in to EasyRoutes Delivery Driver; (2) allow Always/Allow all the time location access; (3) enable Precise location; and (4) keep battery optimization from restricting the app (disable aggressive battery saver if needed). These settings apply on both iOS and Android and can be checked from device Settings.

Yes. Enable automatic dispatch so newly created routes with a scheduled start time are assigned and sent to the chosen driver immediately — no extra clicks. Use this for recurring daily runs or integrations that create routes programmatically. You can still edit or un-dispatch a route before start time if plans change.
When no one is available, the driver documents the drop instead of collecting a signature: up to four photos of where the order was left, an optional note (e.g., "left behind the side gate"), and the GPS location and timestamp captured automatically. All of it is saved to the stop's proof-of-delivery record.
You can make a photo and/or note mandatory to mark the stop delivered, and display these items on the customer's tracking page for confidence. Available in both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.
Access the Drivers & Vehicles tab from the EasyRoutes navigation menu, click Add driver, and enter the driver’s name and phone number. EasyRoutes sends the invite; the driver installs the Delivery Driver app and signs in with an SMS code. Assign a seat to activate them and dispatch their first route.
Yes. Configure a start location (e.g., your store, a local warehouse, or a driver's home base) and an end location (e.g., a depot, final stop, or loop back to the route's start location) on each route. These points are included in optimization and time estimates, so drivers see realistic drive times and customers receive accurate ETAs. You can set defaults in Route Options, then override per route as needed. For multi‑warehouse operations, create routes that begin near each inventory location to reduce deadhead driving. In both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web, you can adjust these locations after route creation and re‑optimize to update the sequence and times.

EasyRoutes functions like other public Shopify apps: one app install per store.
