Customers get the same experience on both: branded tracking pages with ETAs, real-time updates, and proof-of-delivery receipts (photos, e-signature, notes, GPS). With Shopify, you can also use Shopify’s built-in email/SMS templates; on Web, you’ll use EasyRoutes’ customizable notifications.
