Yes. Both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web can surface proof of delivery (PoD) to customers. Enable PoD display on tracking pages and decide which delivery events should send links via email/SMS. When a driver completes a stop, PoD is attached to that stop and becomes available to customers according to your settings. Admins always see PoD in route and stop details for auditing or future reference.
To import BigCommerce orders, export them in CSV format from your BigCommerce dashboard. Then log into EasyRoutes, go to Orders → Import new CSV, and upload the file. EasyRoutes will map fields like customer name, address, and items. Once imported, your orders will appear as pins on the map, ready for route optimization.
Setup is quick: install EasyRoutes (Shopify) or sign in (Web), connect drivers, select orders with filters, and click Create route. On EasyRoutes for Web, you can use Workflows to automate processes based on imported orders (CSV uploads or API connections) and route activity.
This flexibility means that whether you’re using Shopify to manage your e-commerce orders or relying on EasyRoutes for Web to handle deliveries from another system, you can still benefit from automation. Enable live tracking from EasyRoutes Settings → Driver settings in either EasyRoutes for Shopify or EasyRoutes for Web. Next, ensure each driver signs in to the EasyRoutes Delivery Driver app (iOS/Android) and grants Always/Allow all the time location access with Precise location enabled. Once routes are started by a driver, location pins appear on the route’s Tracking tab. If privacy is a concern, you can restrict tracking for internal use only, or adjust the route expiry window for driver access.
Yes. In Settings > Delivery Zones, tick the zones you no longer need and click Archive to remove them from your active list. Archived zones aren’t gone for good — use the Add filter control below the map to show Archived or All, then select and Unarchive any you want back. This keeps your active zone list tidy without losing past boundaries. Available in both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.

Go to Settings > Delivery Zones and click Create zone above the map. Use the polygon tool to click points on the map and trace your area, then click back on your first point to close the shape. Give the zone a title and pick a route colour, then save. Once created, enable the Delivery zones Route Option to limit a route to orders inside that zone. Yes. Both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web let you re‑optimize a route whenever plans change. Use this feature after you add or remove stops, change stop priorities, edit time windows or service times, or adjust limits like max route duration and stop limits. You can also balance stops across multiple routes first, then re‑optimize each route to tighten the sequence. If permitted in your Driver Settings, drivers may manually re‑order stops from the driver app or re‑optimize the remaining stops in their route to recalculate ETAs after mid‑route changes. For API‑driven workflows, use the Routes API to programmatically update routes and trigger re‑optimization.

Workflows are available on EasyRoutes Premium and Enterprise plans. These plans are designed for businesses that need more advanced tools to handle larger delivery volumes and complex processes. On Premium and Enterprise, you not only get access to Workflows, but also other advanced features like custom notifications, vehicle profiles, real-time driver tracking, and delivery analytics.
If you’re running a small business with only a few deliveries per week, you may be fine with a Standard plan. But if your business is scaling or you want to automate as much as possible, upgrading to Premium ensures you can take advantage of Workflows. This investment pays off quickly by saving your team time, reducing manual work, and improving consistency across your delivery operations.
Capping how many orders a customer can book into a given slot is handled by your date picker app at checkout (for example, Pickeasy's order limits), not by EasyRoutes. On the planning side, EasyRoutes helps you balance the resulting workload: filter orders by delivery date and time window, then split them across multiple routes or drivers, and the optimizer sequences each route to respect its windows. Together they keep slots controlled and routes balanced. This applies to both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.
Yes. Both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web support webhooks that notify your apps when key delivery events occur—such as routes created/dispatched/updated and stops started/completed/attempted. Use them to sync delivery status into ERPs/CRMs, trigger customer communications, or update internal dashboards in real time. You can consume webhooks directly at your API endpoint or use Zapier to route events into thousands of tools (Sheets, Slack, email, etc.). Webhooks require a Premium (or higher) plan.
Drivers can capture multiple photos, obtain a customer e‑signature, and add notes at the stop. These items are stored with timestamps and the completion context, and they’re visible to admins on the route and stop record. When enabled in EasyRoutes Settings, customers can see PoD on tracking pages and in notifications.

SMS usage fees and monthly pricing tiers are identical for both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web, with the exception of our Free monthly pricing tier, which is currently only available on EasyRoutes for Shopify. EasyRoutes for both platforms continues to offer a free 14-day trial of any pricing tier for new users to give a advanced features a test drive. Both platforms function on the same driver seat model, where you only pay for the number of drivers that are active in your account at any time.
EasyRoutes for Shopify uses Shopify’s native billing tools for all subscription and SMS usage top-ups and monthly invoicing. EasyRoutes for Web functions on the same principles, but uses an independent billing provider offering industry-standard security and encryption for all transactions.

Analytics reports are viewed in the dashboard and exported on demand — open any breakdown and use Export to copy the data or download a CSV. There isn’t a built-in scheduler that emails recurring reports automatically. If you need that, you can export on a cadence yourself, or use the EasyRoutes API and webhooks (with a tool like Zapier) to pull delivery data into your own reporting. Applies to both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.

Go to tDrivers & Vehicles, open the driver, and edit their name, phone number, or notes. If a phone number changes, update it here so dispatch and sign‑in continue to work. Drivers may also edit their display name inside the Delivery Driver app.
Delivery Analytics provides a consolidated view of your operations across both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web. Key metrics include total stops and routes, completion rate, attempted/missed deliveries, average delivery time, and per‑driver performance summaries. Use it to compare activity over time, spot bottlenecks, and validate operational changes.
You can filter by time period and specific drivers to focus on a team or individual, then export results to CSV for reporting. For event‑level detail (e.g., when a stop changed status), open the route’s Activity Feed. Analytics refreshes as new delivery events are recorded, so the dashboard stays current throughout the day.
Yes. Aggregate missed vs. completed counts appear in Analytics, and when a stop cannot be completed, the driver can select or enter a reason in the mobile app. Those reasons are recorded on the stop and visible to admins for follow‑up. Reviewing these notes helps you spot patterns — like frequent access issues at certain buildings — and take corrective action.
Use Analytics to quantify the impact over time, then drill into routes and stops to see the exact explanations and any attached proof (photos/notes). This behaviour is consistent across EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.
Every minute of Time per stop is added to the running clock as the driver works down the route, so each stop's ETA reflects both travel time and the time spent delivering the stops before it. More realistic ETAs mean fewer missed windows and better customer notifications.
Service time also counts toward Max route duration: if adding stops would push a route past your cap, optimization splits the work into additional routes instead of overrunning. Applies to both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.
