Will customers see PoD along with live tracking?

Yes. Proof of delivery (PoD) captured in the driver app — photos, signature confirmation, and driver notes — is attached to the stop and can be surfaced on the customer’s tracking page. Enable PoD display in EasyRoutes Settings → Order tracking, and use notifications to share links automatically when a stop is delivered or attempted. PoD is also visible to admins on the route and order records for auditing and support.

Can I export activity feed data?

The Activity Feed itself isn’t exported as a single file, but you can export route and stop data that reflect the same underlying events. From the Routes page, export a date range (or open a specific route) to download CSVs containing stop details, completion timestamps, driver info, and links to proof of delivery. Use the feed to identify the timeframe or routes you need, then export those records directly.

Can I dispatch routes automatically?

Yes. Enable automatic dispatch so newly created routes with a scheduled start time are assigned and sent to the chosen driver immediately — no extra clicks. Use this for recurring daily runs or integrations that create routes programmatically. You can still edit or un-dispatch a route before start time if plans change.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. You can try any plan — including Premium features like real‑time driver tracking and notifications — for 14 days at no cost. Trials are available on both products (Shopify and Web). During the trial you can invite drivers, dispatch routes, and send tracking/PoD to validate the full workflow before choosing a tier and seat count.

Can I print my route details for drivers?

Yes. Open a route and click Print to generate driver‑friendly documents in stop order: a compact route summary, packing slips, or packing labels. You can adjust content and sizing in Settings → Packing Slips & Labels, then print or choose Save as PDF for tablet use or record‑keeping. This workflow is identical in EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.

For multi‑package orders, print one label per item; for quick loading, include the Route Inventory/Packing List so teams can stage by stop.

Does EasyRoutes automatically sync orders from Shopify?

Yes. EasyRoutes keeps your order list synchronized with Shopify so recent orders, edits, and fulfillment changes are available for routing without manual imports. If an expected order isn’t visible, confirm the Show orders from the last… window, and other filters on the Orders page, then refresh. You can also import non‑Shopify orders alongside synced Shopify orders when needed.

Can EasyRoutes send notifications for Wix orders?

Yes. Once imported into EasyRoutes, Wix orders benefit from the same notification system as Shopify or BigCommerce orders. Drag‑and‑drop the list to manually adjust the stop sequence, or select multiple stops to bulk‑move them to another route. What actions can I perform in EasyRoutes using Zapier?

Zapier lets you automate actions inside EasyRoutes, such as importing stops from external systems. For example, a Zap could take new orders from WooCommerce or Xero and create delivery stops inside EasyRoutes automatically. How do I import Wix orders into EasyRoutes?

Importing Wix orders is easy. From your Wix dashboard, export orders as a CSV file, then log into EasyRoutes and upload the file via the “Import new CSV” option. EasyRoutes automatically maps order fields like name, address, and quantity to ensure your orders are routed correctly. What information can I see in real-time tracking as an admin?

Admins can monitor each active route from the Tracking tab: view a live GPS pin, the recent breadcrumb path, and which stop the driver is headed to now. Stop tiles update in real time with status changes and completion times, and proof of delivery (photos, signature, notes) appears as soon as it’s captured. You can also open a Route Group to watch multiple routes/drivers concurrently.

How do I manage my active drivers?

Invite drivers from the Drivers & Vehicles tab, then assign a driver seat to activate them. Deactivate drivers anytime to free a seat without deleting their profile or history. You can switch which people occupy seats as staffing changes — ideal for seasonal or on-call drivers. These controls are available in both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.

Can I send delivery reminders to customers?

Does the app provide turn-by-turn navigation?

Yes. EasyRoutes opens your driver’s preferred navigation app for turn‑by‑turn directions. Drivers can choose Google Maps, Apple Maps, or Waze as their default navigation app from the mobile app's settings page. Drivers can also long tap and choose a different app on the fly if needed. What types of proof of delivery does EasyRoutes support?

Drivers can capture multiple photos, obtain a customer e‑signature, and add notes at the stop. These items are stored with timestamps and the completion context, and they’re visible to admins on the route and stop record. When enabled in EasyRoutes Settings, customers can see PoD on tracking pages and in notifications.

Can EasyRoutes sync BigCommerce orders automatically?

Manual CSV imports work well for smaller batches, but to achieve automatic syncing, you can use Zapier or the EasyRoutes API. For example, create a Zap that triggers whenever a new BigCommerce order is placed and sends it directly to EasyRoutes. Or, for more advanced use cases, use the API to integrate real-time order creation and updates.

Can I hide driver location from customers?

Yes. Real‑time tracking is configurable. You can enable tracking for dispatcher visibility while keeping customer pages static, or allow a live pin to appear only as the driver approaches (configurable from 1 to 10 stops away). Enable or edit these limits from the Route Options panel before creating routes, or open any route and choose Edit route options to apply changes and re‑optimize. For context on individual failures, open the underlying routes or stops to review notes and proof‑of‑delivery entries. You can also export the analytics view as CSV for further analysis or sharing with stakeholders.
