• Modern email notification templates: EasyRoutes' new, modern email notification templates are packed with options for providing a modern and customized experience when communicating with customers via email. Each of the template types has been re-designed to reflect modern email standards and to better showcase user logos, branding, and colour preferences. Enable our new modern email notification templates from the EasyRoutes Settings > Customer Notifications tab.
• Delivery ratings: EasyRoutes' delivery rating card can be included on customer order tracking pages, prompting customers to rate their delivery and optionally submit comments once their delivery is complete. Enable delivery ratings for your tracking pages from the EasyRoutes Settings > Order Tracking tab.
• EasyRoutes barcodes: EasyRoutes-native barcodes can now be included on packing slips & labels, scanned by drivers for an additional layer of order validation, and collected for live or historical review by route planners, alongside all other proof of delivery items. Enable and customize barcode requirements from the EasyRoutes Settings > Driver Settings tab.

When the volume of orders picks up, manual planning just won't cut it. EasyRoutes offers professional tools to handle the Valentine’s spike, whether you have one driver or a full fleet. Customize EasyRoutes' powerful Saved Views feature to instantly filter your orders into manageable delivery zones or categories, and easily incorporate Driver Breaks to keep your team refreshed during long shifts. If last-minute gift orders come in after your plans are already set, you can quickly pull them into existing routes via the Add Orders tab, or use the Address Book to instantly include any recurring stops, like wholesalers, mid-route pickup points, or partner boutiques.

• EasyRoutes Workflows: EasyRoutes' Workflows feature allows users to set custom scheduling and order filter options, and automatically generate routes on a recurring basis - whether daily, weekly, or monthly. Configure EasyRoutes Workflows to suit your specific delivery needs from the EasyRoutes navigation sidebar > Workflows tab.‍
• Delivery Zones: Our new Delivery Zones feature allows route planners to draw custom shapes on a map, and limit routes to only include orders that fall within the boundaries of these shapes. Draw or import new delivery zones to match your preferred territories from the EasyRoutes Settings > Delivery Zones tab.‍
• Auto-dispatch: Save time dispatching manually, and configure your routes for auto-dispatch to their assigned driver as soon as they're created. Route auto-dispatch can be enabled via Workflows or Route Options for any route configured with an assigned driver and scheduled start date/time.

Once your drivers hit the road, EasyRoutes provides the oversight you need to ensure every hand-off is a success. Stay in complete control of your fleet with high-visibility tools that track every bouquet and gift box from dispatch to delivered. The EasyRoutes Dashboard serves as your mission control, allowing you to monitor active routes and view any missed deliveries as they happen. After the holiday rush subsides, you can dive into detailed Analytics and route exports to analyze mileage and performance, helping you optimize your workflows for the next big delivery season.

New for 2026:

• Activity feed: Use the EasyRoutes activity feed to monitor overall progress across all of your routes and stops, or access activity feeds for individual routes to pinpoint specific details about currently active routes. Live updates across your active routes are found on your EasyRoutes Dashboard, via the Activity feed found on the right-hand side of the page; for individual routes, access the activity feed via the corresponding icon found in the upper right-hand corner of any route's page.
• GPS proximity warning: When delivering, drivers are now automatically prompted when their current GPS location is not in close proximity with a stop's configured geolocation. Any proximity warnings displayed in the mobile app will also be retained for route planner review, accessible alongside the delivery location tracking proof of delivery item from the EasyRoutes admin view.
• Calendar view: Need to take a look at the bigger delivery picture? Access all of your routes plotted on a daily, weekly, or monthly calendar from your EasyRoutes Routes page, by switching the Table view / Calendar view toggle found in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
