ETAs use route distance, stop service times, and historical traffic, and they update during the day as drivers progress. Accuracy improves when addresses and time windows are clean.

How do I reschedule or redeliver a failed delivery?

Mark the stop Attempted with a reason, then use Send to another route to move it onto a new or upcoming route for redelivery.

Does EasyRoutes support contactless or leave-at-door delivery?

Yes. Drivers can complete a stop without a signature by capturing a photo, GPS location, and note as proof the order was left safely.

How is proof of delivery captured when no one is present to receive the order?

The driver photographs the drop location and adds a note; EasyRoutes stores the photos, timestamp, and GPS location with the stop.

How does the free trial work?

Your 14-day free trial starts when you choose a paid plan for the first time. If you cancel anytime during your trial you won't be billed. If you continue, your subscription starts when your trial period ends.

How do I switch to EasyRoutes from another delivery app?

Switching is quick. On Shopify, install EasyRoutes and orders sync automatically — no data migration. For orders from other systems, import by CSV/spreadsheet (an AI assistant maps your columns), Zapier, or API, then set route options and add drivers. Most merchants are live the same day.
