"Phenomenal routing app. We have been using this for 1.5 years now and have had no issues. We schedule 50-100 deliveries a day, 6 days a week, typically using 2-3 drivers and EasyRoutes has made it super easy and quick to set up routes. On quarterly sale days, we add additional drivers and have upwards of 200 deliveries per day for a week straight (1400 deliveries) and this has been a life saver. It also auto fulfills orders in Shopify once the order is dropped which removes a step for our drivers. We have it set up to notify customers once a route is dispatched and when the driver is 3 stops away so customers (especially those in apartments) can be more ready to receive the items - or let us in. Highly recommend, wouldn't even look at another app (as we have used some and they are way more cumbersome)."
