Delivery Analytics provides a consolidated view of your operations across both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web. Key metrics include total stops and routes, completion rate, attempted/missed deliveries, average delivery time, and per‑driver performance summaries. Use it to compare activity over time, spot bottlenecks, and validate operational changes.
You can filter by time period and specific drivers to focus on a team or individual, then export results to CSV for reporting. For event‑level detail (e.g., when a stop changed status), open the route’s Activity Feed. Analytics refreshes as new delivery events are recorded, so the dashboard stays current throughout the day.
Yes. Integrate EasyRoutes with your existing stack in two ways: (1) programmatically via the Routes API to import stops, create/dispatch routes, and update status; and (2) event‑driven with webhooks and Zapier to push delivery events into Sheets, Slack, email, ERPs/CRMs, or custom endpoints. Customer tracking pages can display an anonymized, live driver pin so recipients can see the driver’s progress as delivery approaches. Enable the option in EasyRoutes Settings → Order tracking, and use delivery notifications (email/SMS) to send tracking links automatically. When live location is unavailable (e.g., permissions off), the page still shows status updates and ETAs based on route progress.

Yes. Even though WooCommerce doesn’t have the same native integration as Shopify, once orders are imported into EasyRoutes they behave the same as any other order. This means customers can receive branded email or SMS notifications, along with live tracking links. This reduces “Where’s my order?” calls and improves the customer experience. Yes. From any route, click Print → select Packing labels. You can output one label per stop or per order item (ideal for multiple packages). Configure label contents and sizing in Settings → Packing Slips & Labels. Use 4×6 thermal, A4/Letter sheets, or another size and scale as needed.
Shopify & Web: The label workflow is the same across products. For advanced templating on Shopify, you can send orders to Order Printer Pro from the Send to app dropdown, which can generate labels in route order.
Yes. Both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web can surface proof of delivery (PoD) to customers. Enable PoD display on tracking pages and decide which delivery events should send links via email/SMS. When a driver completes a stop, PoD is attached to that stop and becomes available to customers according to your settings. Admins always see PoD in route and stop details for auditing or future reference.
Yes. EasyRoutes Delivery Driver supports low‑connectivity scenarios. Have drivers open or refresh the route while connected to preload stops and attachments. If signal drops, they can continue navigating (via their chosen maps app), mark stops delivered/attempted, and capture photos/signatures. The app queues events locally and syncs them back to EasyRoutes as soon as the device reconnects, updating ETAs and tracking automatically.

Yes. From Proof of Delivery settings, you can force one or more PoD elements to be collected before drivers can complete a stop. Choose the combinations that fit your workflow — e.g., require a photo for attempted stops, or require e‑signatures for only completed stops. These rules apply in EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web, and can include Attempted stops.

Yes. Enable automatic dispatch so newly created routes with a scheduled start time are assigned and sent to the chosen driver immediately — no extra clicks. Use this for recurring daily runs or integrations that create routes programmatically. You can still edit or un-dispatch a route before start time if plans change.

Yes. From the Routes page or an individual route, export CSV files containing stop information (customer name, address, contact fields), timing, driver assignments, and URLs to any proof of delivery items. Use these exports for customer service, accounting reconciliation, or analysis in spreadsheets and external tools.
Yes. EasyRoutes maintains a route history so you can review previous runs, proof of delivery, and timing information on either EasyRoutes product (Shopify and Web). Use the Routes page to filter by status (unstarted/in progress/completed/archived) and date. Open any route to view stop details and the Activity Feed particulars for that route. You can also export route/stop data for period‑end reporting or audits.
If you don’t see older orders on the Orders page, adjust the Show orders from the last window in Settings; this does not affect existing route history.
EasyRoutes integrates with Shopify fulfillments so your order system stays in sync. Marking stops Ready for Delivery, Out for Delivery, Delivered, or Attempted updates the Shopify fulfillment accordingly and adds the EasyRoutes tracking number/URL. Depending on your configuration, Shopify or EasyRoutes sends the customer emails/SMS. Partial items and multi‑item orders are supported; admins can review fulfillment history on the Shopify order and in EasyRoutes route/stop details.
When exporting orders from Squarespace, ensure you only include “Pending” orders from the fulfillment filter. This ensures you’re working with unfulfilled deliveries that still need to be routed. If only certain products require delivery, you can filter by “Specific product” during export. This gives you precise control over which orders are included in your EasyRoutes import. Drivers can install the EasyRoutes Delivery Driver app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) using the official links provided in our Help Center. The app works with both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web accounts; once added as a driver, sign in using the phone number on file and the SMS code sent to that device. After dispatch, routes appear automatically in the app and can also be opened from the push notification's shared route link.

SMS usage fees and monthly pricing tiers are identical for both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web, with the exception of our Free monthly pricing tier, which is currently only available on EasyRoutes for Shopify. EasyRoutes for both platforms continues to offer a free 14-day trial of any pricing tier for new users to give a advanced features a test drive. Both platforms function on the same driver seat model, where you only pay for the number of drivers that are active in your account at any time.
EasyRoutes for Shopify uses Shopify’s native billing tools for all subscription and SMS usage top-ups and monthly invoicing. EasyRoutes for Web functions on the same principles, but uses an independent billing provider offering industry-standard security and encryption for all transactions.

Yes. EasyRoutes supports multi‑location operations. You can set unique start/end locations on routes (store, warehouse, driver home base), segment orders by delivery zone or location tags, and dispatch drivers from different hubs on the same day. Route Groups make it easy to manage several routes per location and monitor all drivers together.

API access uses tokens you create in your EasyRoutes account. Follow the Getting Started guide to generate a token, store it securely, and add it to requests from your server or integration platform. Tokens work the same way for both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web. Rotate credentials periodically and avoid embedding them in client‑side code.
