For extended-handling stops, increase the Time per stop or the individual stop's service time so ETAs and Max route duration account for the extra work. For two-person deliveries, note that a route is assigned to a single driver account, so you'd staff that route's vehicle with a crew operationally rather than assigning two driver logins to one route.

Drivers can install the EasyRoutes Delivery Driver app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) using the official links provided in our Help Center. The app works with both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web accounts; once added as a driver, sign in using the phone number on file and the SMS code sent to that device. After dispatch, routes appear automatically in the app and can also be opened from the push notification's shared route link.

EasyRoutes for Shopify uses Shopify’s native billing tools for all subscription and SMS usage top-ups and monthly invoicing. EasyRoutes for Web functions on the same principles, but uses an independent billing provider offering industry-standard security and encryption for all transactions.

Yes. EasyRoutes is built to replace and extend Shopify Local Delivery. It reads your existing Local Delivery orders — including checkout delivery instructions — and adds route optimization, driver dispatch, live tracking, customer notifications, and proof of delivery on top. Analytics reports are viewed in the dashboard and exported on demand — open any breakdown and use Export to copy the data or download a CSV. There isn’t a built-in scheduler that emails recurring reports automatically. If you need that, you can export on a cadence yourself, or use the EasyRoutes API and webhooks (with a tool like Zapier) to pull delivery data into your own reporting. When a driver captures an e‑signature, customers see an indicator and timestamp on the tracking page confirming that the order was signed for. The signature image is stored with the stop for internal use (support, audits) and can be accessed by admins; it is not shown directly to customers to protect privacy.
